Coating Epoxy Resin (2:1) – 1500g Kit

    Recommended uses

    Basic instructions

    • Mix ratio: 2 parts resin : 1 part hardener by weight or volume

    • Mix for 3–4 minutes, scrape sides and bottom; pour into a second cup and mix 60–90 seconds

    • Working time: approx. 30 minutes at 25°C; pour thickness up to ~2–3 mm for coatings

    • Torch lightly to release surface bubbles; cure undisturbed

    • Initial cure: 12–24 hours; full cure: 48–72 hours depending on ambient conditions

    Best practices

    • Work at 22–26°C, low humidity; seal porous substrates before flood coats

    • Use PPE and ensure ventilation; avoid skin contact

    • Add heat-resistant topcoats if exposure to hot vessels is expected
