Casting Epoxy Resin (3:1) – 1200g Kit

    Recommended uses

    • Deep casting and for thick pour

    • Encapsulation of large botanicals, charms, and metallic flakes

    Basic instructions

    • Mix ratio: 3 parts resin : 1 part hardener by weight only on digital weighting scale

    • Mix for 4–5 minutes, mix it well and Let it sit for couple of minutes

    • Working time: approx. 70-80 minutes at 25°C; curing will be faster as per the temperature; pour thickness up to ~2–3 mm for coatings

    • Torch lightly to release surface bubbles; cure undisturbed

    • Initial cure: 12–24 hours; full cure: 48–72 hours depending on ambient conditions

    Best practices

    • Work at 22–26°C, low humidity; seal porous substrates before flood coats

    • Use PPE and ensure ventilation; avoid skin contact

    • Add heat-resistant topcoats if exposure to hot vessels is expected
